How we price a shipment
Shipments are charged by weight (per kilogram) or by volume (per cubic metre, CBM), depending on the route and the kind of goods. The rate that applies is shown on your receipt and invoice before your parcel leaves us. Our current rates are on the Pricing page.
What happens after drop-off
Your parcel moves through these stages: Items Received, Processing, In Transit, Arrived at Destination, Ready for Pickup and Delivered. Our staff update each stage as it happens, so the tracking page always shows where your parcel is.
Parcels from abroad
If you ship to one of our international addresses, tell the sender to include your name and phone number on the parcel. When it reaches us, we match it to you by phone number and add it to your account.
Collection
When your parcel or order is ready for pickup, bring your tracking number and a valid ID to the office. Someone collecting on your behalf should bring your tracking number and their own ID.
Delivery times
Any arrival date we show is an estimate. Customs checks, weather and carrier schedules can cause delays that are outside our control. We will keep your tracking page up to date and contact you if there is a significant delay.
Items we cannot carry
We do not accept illegal goods, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, cash, or anything prohibited by Ghanaian law or the laws of the destination country. Ask the office if you are unsure about an item before you bring it.
